Hilarious Specsavers "Sauna" commercial featuring Gordon Ramsay!

Thanks for the tip AdFreak, love me some Gordon and love this ad!

"A relaxing session in the hotel sauna turns to embarrassment for one poor chap.
Who's that lurking behind the steam?

The new 'Should've gone to Specsavers' TV advert for Free Varifocal Lenses features world-renowned chef Gordon Ramsay, who's rendered speechless for once when a naked man wanders into his kitchen in the middle of the dinner service. Our hapless and visually challenged hero should be in the sauna; and needless to say, he should've gone to Specsavers. The commercial for the UK opticians was directed by Daniel Kleinman at Rattling Stick."

Also check out these two funny ads I found on

"'Ferry' follows the story of an elderly couple whose holiday plans are quite drastically altered when failing eyesight leads them to accidentally board a military aircraft carrier instead of the ferry. Directed by Outsider's Pedro Romhany, the shoot was based entirely in Thailand and encountered some interesting difficulties when the aircraft carrier they were using was put on red alert due to a skirmish between Thailand and Cambodia. The ad is promoting Specsavers' 25% off for over-60s offer."

"The latest in the famous 'Should've gone to Specsavers' advertising campaign is a blockbuster featuring five astronauts who come back to earth with a bump - not at Houston but at Luton airport. The ad promotes two pairs of glasses from £69. It was directed by creative legend Jeff Stark, and was shot in Spain, for the simple reason that shooting 'airside' at British airports is rarely permitted."
